Shipping destinations, costs, delivery times and payment methods

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.novawear.de with a delivery address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. The delivery options and costs displayed at checkout are decisive.

2. Shipping destinations and costs

The shipping costs below include any applicable statutory VAT:

Discounts and vouchers may reduce the order value relevant to a free-shipping threshold. The amount displayed at checkout is binding.

3. Delivery times

• Germany: generally 3–5 business days
• Austria and Switzerland: generally 5–7 business days

Unless a different delivery time is stated for the relevant product, the delivery period begins when the contract is concluded; where advance payment has been agreed, it begins once payment has been received. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If an order contains items with different delivery times, the delivery time for a combined shipment is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Partial deliveries are permitted where reasonable for you, without additional shipping costs.

4. Dispatch and tracking

The carrier is selected according to the delivery address, type of goods and availability. Once tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Where products are fulfilled from different production or storage locations, an order may arrive in more than one parcel.

5. Deliveries to Switzerland

Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling or disbursement fees. Unless these charges are expressly shown as included at checkout, they are payable by the recipient and collected by the competent authorities or carrier. NOVAWEAR has no control over their amount.

6. Returns

In addition to any statutory right of withdrawal, NOVAWEAR grants consumers a voluntary return option within 30 days after receipt of the goods. The customer bears the direct return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or otherwise agreed. Further details and statutory rights are set out in the applicable Cancellation or Return Policy.

7. Payment methods

Depending on the delivery country, device, currency and order value, the following payment methods may be offered:

• PayPal and PayPal Express
• credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express
• Klarna, where available for the order
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Shop Pay
• other payment methods displayed at checkout
